الملخص
تشير تقارير الأمم المتحدة إلى أم مصر ستتأثر من التغيرات المناخية لذا لا بد من اتخاذ احتياطات كثيرة للتغلب على هذه الظاهرة المضرة وتقييم تأثيرات تغيرات المناخ على المدى القصير والمتوسط والطويل الأجر في مصر، عرضت الورقة العناصر الرئيسية للتغير المناخي في مصر حتى 2025م والآُتار المترتبة عليه والسمات المختلفة للتغير المناخي وفقًا للتقارير الحكومية خلال 25 سنة مضت. ناقشت الدراسة حساب الأثار الجانبية في المناطق والقطاع المختلفة عبر مصفوفة تحليل المخاطر، واجراء التحليل الكمي والنوعي للمخاطر، وعليه ذكرت الدراسة القطاعات الرئيسية المتسببة للتغير المناخي والقطاعات المتأثرة بالظواهر المناخية، خلصت الدراسة لبيان أهم المناطق الجغرافية المختلفة في مصر ووصف وتقيين التغيرات المناخية والاحترار العالمي للقطاعات المختلفة عبر المصفوفة، توصلت الدراسة للعديد من المخاطر المؤثرة على القطاعات التنموية والمناطق الجغرافية في مصر.
Abstract
Egypt is one of the countries which will be affected by climate changes according to the UN reports, so many precautions must be done to overcome these harmful phenomena. Impacts of climate change in the short – medium – long term in Egypt were evaluated, The Key items of climate change until 2050 in Egypt and expected effects were mentioned, the different features of climate changes according to the governmental reports during the last 25 years were discussed, the side effects in different regions and on different sectors were calculated by risk matrix, qualitative and quantitative analyses were done. The main sectors cause of climate change and the main sectors affected by the phenomena were mentioned. The different geographical regions in Egypt were mentioned, the effect of climate changes and global warming upon each sector were described and evaluated by risk matrix. The work ends up with considerable findings and results besides the recommendations related to the different types of risks affecting different sectors and regions in Egypt,
