الملخص:
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى بحث مفهومي التّاريخ والسيّاسة عند مسكويه، وابن خلدون، مع ضرورة الاحتراز ممّا يُفهم من أولوية التّاريخ على السيّاسة أو العكس، وذلك في إطار مقارنة تهدف إلى بيان الثابت والمتحوّل في هذين المصطلحين، كما تهتم ببيان تمثّل كلّ من السنّة والشيعة للتّاريخ ونصوغ الحاجات الإيديولوجيّة الّتي جعلت من تاريخ ابن خلدون متداولا دون مسكويه. وقد قسّمنا مقالتنا إلى مرحلتين: أولى تُعنى بالتّحديد المفهومي وما يمكن أن يُشتق من التّاريخ والسيّاسة من مفردات ثانويّة ضمن فعل التأويل. وثانية تهتمّ بالعلاقة بين التّاريخ والسيّاسة مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار الاختلاف الديني بين مسكويه وابن خلدون فالأوّل ينتمي إلى الشيعة والثاني إلى السنّة وندرس في هذا السيّاق مدى التزامهما بالموضوعيّة المنوطة بهما.
Abstract
This article aims to examine the concepts of history and politics according to Miskawayh and Ibn Khaldun, with the need to be careful with what is understood from the priority of history over politics or vice versa, in the context of a comparison that aims to clarify the constant and transformed in these two terms, as well as to demonstrate the representation of history and formulation by both Sunnis and Shiites The ideological needs that made the history of Ibn Khaldun circulating without Miskawayh. We have divided our article into two phases : the first concerned with conceptual definition and what secondary vocabulary can be derived from history and politics with in the verb of interpretation. And the second is concerned with the relationship between history and politics, taking into account the religious difference between Miskawayh and Ibn Khaldun, the first belonging to the Shiites and the second to the Sunnis, and in this context we study the extent of their commitment to the objectivity entrusted to them.
