Summary
The discourse of political legitimacy has formed the basis for political Islamic discourse , as political legitimacy can contain in its contents most of the political dimensions and concepts -theory or practice- in Islamic thought extends its concept to reach what would meet with the concept of power and governance, whether legitimacy is based on historical, revolutionary or rational basis.
The presented scientific work discuss the issue of legitimacy and its historical offshoots leading to discuss it as an ideology and practice in the modern era, there is some sort of controversy and conflict which divided the Arab Muslim community itself between supporters of what could be a substitute for the legitimacy with all its ” islamic” meanings and implications in historical contexts, through generations and centuries we mean here (allegiance), and the alternative is the adoption of democratic thought, to be the only alternative and the most appropriate one, this issue arranged differences within Arab societies between denier and supporter, the average between them is carry by The movements they call it “Islamic“.
