الشعور بالسعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل (دراسة مقارنة)

ملخص:

يهتم هذا البحث أساسا بأسباب السعادة الإيجابية وتفسيراتها وكيف يمكن استخدام هذا الفهم لجعل الناس ونحن معهم-سعداء كذلك. فمن الممكن’ أن تكون بعض الأساليب ولا أقول كلها التي ثبت نجاحها في تخفيف الاكتئاب مفيدة أيضا في زيادة الشعور بالسعادة لدى الأفراد السعداء والتعساء ينظرون للعالم بطرق مختلفة. فالسعداء ينظرون للجوانب الايجابية أما التعساء يرون الجوانب السيئة أكثر ويفسرون الأحداث سلبياً ويقيمون أنفسهم تقييماً دونينا ويعممون من حادث فشل واحد ويعتنقون عدداً من ‘المعتقدات الواهنة االمزيفة.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: التعرف على مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل، التعرف على الفروق في السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل وفقاُ لمتغير الجامعة: (بغداد – الموصل)، التعرف على الفروق في السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل وفقاُ لمتغير النوع: (ذكر- أنثى)، التعرف على الفروق في السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل وفقا لمتغير التخصص: (علمي- إنساني)، التعرف على الفروق في السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعتي بغداد والموصل وفقا لمتغير الصف الدراسي(أول – رابع)

يتحدد البحث الحالي بالطلبة الموجودين في جامعتي بغداد والموصل للتخصصات العلمية والإنسانية ومن كلا الجنسين للعام الدراسي 2018-2019، إعتمد الباحثان على مقياس السعادة النفسية الذي أعده “Springer & Hauser 2006، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية المرحلية، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد هــــذه العـــينة (500) طالب تم من كليات جامعتي بغداد والموصل وبواقع (235) من الذكور و(265) من الإناث موزعين على وفق متغيرات التخصص والمرحلة.

توصل البحث إلى وجود دلالة إحصائية لدى عينة البحث مستوى مقبول من السعادة النفسية بشكل عام، كما أظهرت وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طلبة جامعة بغداد وطلبة جامعة الموصل في السعادة النفسية ولصالح جامعة بغداد

وتوصل البحث إلى وجود تفوق للإناث على الذكور في مستوى السعادة النفسية، وان الطلبة من ذوي التخصص الإنساني لديهم مستوى أعلى من السعادة النفسية، كما أكدت الدراسة على وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية ولصالح طلبة الصف الرابع في الشعور بالسعادة النفسية، وأخيرا خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract:

This research is mainly concerned with the causes of positive happiness and their explanations and how this understanding can be used to make the people we are with them – happy as well. It is possible that some، but not all، methods that have proven successful in relieving depression are also helpful in increasing individuals’ happiness

Happy and unhappy people look at the world in different ways. The happy look at the positive، the unhappy see the more bad، interpret the events negatively، assess themselves without us، generalize from a single failure and embrace a number of ‘false’ false beliefs.

The current research aims to: to identify the level of psychological happiness among the students of the universities of Baghdad and Mosul, Identify the differences in psychological happiness among the students of the universities of Baghdad and Mosul according to the variable of the university: (Baghdad – Mosul), Identify the differences in psychological happiness among the students of the universities of Baghdad and Mosul according to the variable type: (male – female), Identify the differences in psychological happiness among the students of the universities of Baghdad and Mosul according to the variable of specialization: (scientific – human), Identifying the differences in psychologicall happiness, among the students of Baghdad and Mosul Universities according to the grade variable (first – fourth), The current research is determined by the students who are in the universities of Baghdad and Mosul for scientific and humanitarian specializations and from both sexes for the academic year 2018 _ 2019, The researchers used the psychological happiness scale prepared by Springer & Hauser 2006, The sample of the research was chosen by random method، where the number of the sample of this sample (500) students were from the colleges of the universities of Baghdad and Mosul، by (235) males and (265) females distributed according to the variables of specialization and stage.

The research reached a statistical significance in the research sample ace ptable level of psychological happiness in general… It also showed a statistically significant difference between the average grades of students of the University of Baghdad and students of the University of Mosul in psychological happiness and for the benefit of the University of Baghdad, The research concluded that there is a superiority of females over males in the level of psychological happiness… and that students with human specialization have a higher level of psychological happiness, The study also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant difference and for the benefit of fourth grade students in the feeling of psychological happiness, Finally, the research came up with a number of recommendations and proposals.
