الملخص :
تفرض المتغيرات التي أفرزتها الثورات العربية والمواقف الدولية منها ضرورة تحديد طبيعة النظام الدولي السائد من أجل إتاحة امكانية فهم حدود سلوك الدول الفاعلة وانعكاس سياساتها في مجريات الثورات العربية وتحديد تبعاتها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على مسارات التغيير؟، وتقتضي طبيعة الحالة تفسير المسوغات التي تدفع بفواعل دوليين إقليميين لتنفيذ سياسات استراتيجية ذات أثر مباشر في مسارات التغيير الشعبي لأنظمة سياسية حاكمة، بحيث تتمكن شعوبها من أن تستقل بقرارها وتدافع عن مصالحها الوطنية ومقدراتها وتضمن أمنها القومي بمفهومه الواسع، لهذه الإشكالية كان لا بدّ من تحديد فرضية تناقش وتحلل وتجيب على سؤالها المركزي هو: ما هو تأثير استراتيجية النظام السياسي الإيراني على مجريات الازمة السورية ؟ وما هي مرتكزات هذه الاستراتيجية؟، وماهي مسوغات ومبررات تبني النظام الإيراني هذه السياسات؟.
إن الأهمية العلمية والعملية لهذه الدراسة تتجلى في أنها تسلط الضوء على جانب مهم ومحوري في تفاعل أطراف دوليين بإطار أنماط الصراع القائم في سوريا وانعكاس هذا التفاعل بشكل كبير ومهم في مساراتها السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بهدف تحليل وتفسير المسوغات والمبررات السياسية والاستراتيجية الإيرانية تجاه سوريا من خلال الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، ضمن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في ضوء المتغيرات السياسية الميدانية عبر مراحل تطور الأزمة السورية ومآلاتها، لتخلص الدراسة إلى ماهية وحجم انعكاس الاستراتيجية الإيرانية على دول الربيع العربي وبالتحديد مجريات الأزمة السورية كنموذج.
Abstract :
The variables produced by the Arab revolutions and international positions, including the necessity of defining the nature of the prevailing international system in order to allow the possibility of understanding the limits of the behavior of the active states and the reflection of their policies in the course of the Arab revolutions and determining their political, economic and social consequences on the paths of change?
