تعنى بنشر دراسات وأبحاث حول قضايا التطرف والإيديولوجيات المتطرفة والجماعات المسلحة في مختلف مناطق العالم. تهتم المجلة بتحليل وتفسير تنامي التطرف والجماعات المتشددة – بغض النظر عن خلفياتها – التي تعتمد على العنف المسلح كأسلوب في نشاطها وتحقيق غاياتها. وتهتم المجلة كذلك بالتيارات السياسية المتطرفة التي تشارك في العملية السياسية ولا تستخدم العنف المسلح، لكنها تتبنى خطابا شعبويا أو إقصائيا أو عنصريا بهدف الوصول إلى السلطة.

ملخص:
هذا البحث يتناول دور القضاء الأردني في تحقيق الأمن الفكري، كون مهمة القضاء ضمان حماية حقوق الأفراد بحفظ عقولهم ومناهجهم الفكرية المنسجمة مع النظام العام للأمة تعبيرا عن ممارسة الفرد لحريته، وتامين مبدأ الثقة في القضاء والقضاة. بدراسة ماهية الأمن الفكري والدور القضائي كإطار مفاهيمي بتحديد مفهومه ومدلول القضاء، وأهميته في سياق دور القضاء الأردني، ومحاور تحقيق موجباته ووسائله في سياق الرقابة القضائية، وأثر العمل القضائي بتحقيقه وديموميته لبناء دور القضاء الأردني في تحقيق الأمن الفكري في ضوء التوازن بين متطلبات حماية الأمن والنظام العام والاستقرار من خطر الغزو الفكري ومتطلبات التواصل الحضاري الدولي، فحفظ الأمن الفكري لكل مجتمع يكون باستقامة الحياة في جوانبها الضرورية وبحفظ هويته، الأمر الذي يجعل دراسة موضوع دور القضاء الأردني في تحقيق الأمن الفكري تثير التساؤلات، ما مفهوم الأمن الفكري ومدلول القضاء الأردني قانونا وفقها؟، وما هي أهمية الأمن الفكري ومحاور تحقيقه من حيث موجباته ووسائله؟، وما هو دور العمل القضائي في تحقيق الأمن الفكري وديموميته؟
Abstract
This research deals with the role of the Jordanian judiciary in achieving intellectual security, since the task of the judiciary is to ensure the protection of the rights of individuals by preserving their minds and intellectual approaches consistent with the public system of the nation as an expression of the individual’s exercise of his freedom, and to secure the principle of trust in the judiciary and judges. By studying the nature of intellectual security and the judicial role as a conceptual framework by defining its concept and the meaning of the judiciary, its importance in the context of the role of the Jordanian judiciary, the axes for achieving its obligations and means in the context of judicial oversight, and the impact of judicial work on achieving it and its permanence to build the role of the Jordanian judiciary in achieving intellectual security in the light of the balance between the requirements of protecting security and order. General stability and stability from the danger of intellectual invasion and the requirements of international civilizational harmony. Preserving the intellectual security of every society is through the integrity of life in its necessary aspects and the preservation of its identity.
