ملخص:
في ظل حالة التصعيد المتنامي بين ايران والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خلال الأعوام 2015 – 2020, وخصوصا بعد الانسحاب الأمريكي من الاتفاق النووي الإيراني تسعى هذه الدراسة للكشف عن سياسة إسرائيل لفرض السيطرة في المنطقة وحدها دون منافسين، واستقطاب دول وجماعات من كلا الطرفين ( إيران وإسرائيل )، حيث تبين من خلال الدراسة أن كل طرف من الأطراف يحاول بسط نفوذه من خلال عاملين وهما ( القوة و الدبلوماسية)، فإيران تعمل للحفاظ على حلفائها في المنطقة في العراق وسوريا ولبنان وفلسطين “قطاع غزة”، من خلال تقديم الدعم المالي والتدريبات العسكرية والأسلحة، وأيضا تسعى لإنشاء علاقات دبلوماسية مع دول في الشرق الأوسط وبعض الدول الأوروبية وذلك للعب دور فاعل في المحافل الدولية، وكذلك إسرائيل تستخدم نفس العاملين فهي لديها القوة العسكرية المتطورة حيث تمدها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بالدرجة الأولى بكل جديد في هذا المجال مثل الأسلحة والطائرات والتقنيات والتكنولوجيا المتطورة وأيضا بعض الدول الأوروبية التي تفعل ذات الشيء مثل ألمانيا وبريطانيا، ومن جانب آخر تستخدم الدبلوماسية من خلال التطبيع مع مجموعة من الدول العربية مثل البحرين وعمان والإمارات من خلال الرياضة أو السياحة أو الاقتصاد، وهناك علاقات قديمة لا نستطيع أن نتجاوزها في مرتبطة باتفاقيات سلام أو غير ذلك مثل مصر والأردن وقطر، وهي في أحيان كثيرة تون؟؟؟ وسيط في كثير من الأمور حيث هذه الدول من اللاعبين الأساسيين في المنطقة، أيضا التعاون الأمني الذي تقوم به إسرائيل مع كثير من الأجهزة الاستخبارية ومن خلال جهازها الاستخباري “الشاباك والموساد”، تستطيع أن تنفذ كثير من ضرباتها في بعض البلدان والمناطق مثل العراق وسوريا ولبنان وفلسطين وحتى إيران من خلال ضرب مواقع واغتيال شخصيات.
لقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصراع بين إيران وإسرائيل لم ولن يتوقف وهذا ناتج عن سعي الطرفين للنيل من بعضهم البعض بسبب فرض نفوذ كل طرف من الطرفين للسيطرة في المنطقة وتحقيق مصالحهم.
Abstract :
In the light of the growing escalation between Iran and the United States of America during the years 2015-2020, especially after the American withdrawal from the Iranian nuclear agreement, this study seeks to reveal Israel’s policy of imposing control in the region alone without competitors, and to attract countries and groups from both sides (Iran and Israel), where it was found through the study that each of the parties is trying to extend its influence through two factors, namely (force and diplomacy), Iran is working to preserve its allies in the region in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine ‘Gaza Strip’, By providing financial support, military training and weapons, and also it seeks to establish diplomatic relations with countries in the Middle East and some European countries in order to play an active role in international forums, as well as Israel uses the same factors as it has an advanced military power as the United States of America supplies it primarily with everything new in this field, such as weapons, aircraft, advanced technologies and technology, and also some European countries that do the same, such as Germany and Britain.
On the other hand, diplomacy is used through normalization with a group of Arab countries such as Bahrain, Oman and the Emirates through sport, tourism or economy, and there are old relations that we cannot overcome in connection with peace agreements or others such as Egypt, Jordan and Qatar. It is often a mediator in many matters, as these countries are the main players in the region. Also, the security cooperation that Israel is carrying out with many intelligence agencies and through its intelligence service, the Shin Bet and the Mossad, can carry out many of its strikes in some countries and regions such as Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and even Iran by hitting sites and assassinating personalities.
The study concluded that the conflict between Iran and Israel did not and will not stop, and this is a result of the two parties seeking to undermine each other because of the influence of each side on both sides to control the region and achieve their interests.
