ملخص:
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على واقع المشكلات من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة البصرة ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بتوجيه سؤال مفتوح (استبيان استطلاعي) لعينة عشوائية من طلبة الجامعة في كليتي التربية للعلوم الانسانية والصرفة وهم خارج عينة البحث الأساسية لمعرفة أهم المشكلات التي يعانون منها في الكلية أو الجامعة وبعد استرجاع الباحثة لإجابات الطلبة قامت الباحثة بجمع الإجابات (المشكلات) وتوحيدها وصياغتها على شكل فقرات وقد تم استبعاد الإجابات المتشابه، وبعد استكمال جمع الفقرات بلغ مجموع الفقرات (المشكلات) بشكلها النهائي (22) فقرة وتم تطبيق الاستبيان على عينة البحث الأساسية البالغة (100) طالبا وطالبة في كلا الكليتين ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة فقد تم تحليل استجابات الطلبة لفقرات المشكلات، وتم ترتيبها ترتيبا تنازليا بحسب الأوساط المرجحة والوزن المئوي والمتوسط الحسابي لكل مشكلة من المشكلات. وقد وجد أن اغلب المشكلات قد حصلت على أوساط مرجحة أعلى من المتوسط المعياري، وأوزان مئوية ذات قيمة عالية، وهذا يؤكد بأن جميع الطلبة يعانون من هذه المشكلات، وفي ضوء ذلك قامت الباحثة بصياغة التوصيات والمقترحات.
Abstract:
The present study aimed to identify the reality of problems from the point of view of students of the University of Basrah, and to achieve this, the researcher asked an open question (survey questionnaire) for a random sample of university students; one of Education College for Humanities Sciences and the other from Education College of Pure Sciences and they are outside the basic research sample to find out the most important problems they suffer in the college or university. After the researcher retrieved the answers of the students, the researcher collected the answers (problems) and standardized and formulated in the form of paragraphs have been excluded similar answers, and after completing the collection of paragraphs, the total number of paragraphs (problems) in their final form was (22) paragraph. The questionnaire was applied to the basic research sample of (100) students in both colleges and to achieve the objective of the study, the responses of the students to the paragraphs of the problems were analyzed and arranged in descending order according to the weighted media, the percentage weight and the arithmetic mean of each problem. It was found that most of the problems have obtained weighted media above the standard average, and percentage weights of high value, and this confirms that all students suffer from these problems, and in this light the researcher formulated recommendations and proposals.
