ملخص:

هدفت الدراسة لبيان وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين ضعف العمل الحزبي وفعالية الدور السياسي للنقابات المهنية في العمل السياسي في الاردن، وقد تم استخدام اسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لكونه المنهج المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج تحليل النظم، لمعالجة موضوع الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المنتسبين للنقابات المهنية والاحزاب السياسية في العاصمة عمان، وتم توزيع الاستمارة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (142) من الاعضاء في الاحزاب والنقابات المهنية، ولأغراض المعالجة الإحصائية تم استخدام حزمة برمجيات (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات, وخلصت الدراسة الى  وجود درجة متوسطة من الموافقة لدى افراد عينة الدراسة من الحزبيين والنقابيين  حول الدور السياسي للنقابات المهنية وتأثيره على فاعلية العمل الحزبي في الأردن، وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين ضعف العمل الحزبي وتطور وفعالية الدور السياسي للنقابات المهنية في الاردن، ووجود درجة متوسطة من الموافقة لدى افراد عينة الدراسة من الحزبيين والنقابيين حول الدور السياسي الفاعل للنقابات المهنية في الأردن، وتوصي الدراسة بقيام فعاليات مشتركة بين الأحزاب السياسية والنقابات خاصة فيما يخص المسائل المشتركة المتعلقة بالمسائل المطلبية المشتركة للاحزاب والنقابات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني والقضايا التي تهم الرأي العام الاردني لأبراز فاعلية دور الاحزاب وأهمية دورها في العملية السياسية، بما يعزز الثقة بالعمل الحزبي.

ABSTRACT

The study aimed to show the existence of a correlation between the weakness of Partisan Work and the effectiveness of the political role of professional Syndicates in political work in Jordan, and the method of social survey in the sample was used because it is the appropriate approach to the nature of the study and its objectives, the descriptive and analytical approach, and the approach to systems analysis, to address the subject of the study, and to form the population of the study. Of those affiliated with professional unions and political parties in the capital, Amman, and the questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (142) members of professional parties and unions. For the purposes of statistical treatment, a (SPSS) software package was used to process data, and the study concluded that there is a moderate degree of approval of Members of the study sample from partisans and trade unionists about the political role of professional unions and its impact on the effectiveness of Partisan work in Jordan, and that there is a positive correlation between the weakness of party work and the development and effectiveness of the political role of professional unions in Jordan, and the presence of a moderate degree of approval among the members of the study sample of partisans and trade unionists about The effective political role of professional Syndicates in Jordan.

The study recommends the establishment of joint activities between parties: a Political parties and trade unions, especially with regard to common issues related to the common demands of parties, trade unions, and civil society institutions, and issues of concern to Jordanian public opinion, to highlight the effectiveness of the role of parties and the importance of their role in the political process, in a way that enhances confidence in party work.
