تعنى بنشر دراسات وأبحاث حول قضايا التطرف والإيديولوجيات المتطرفة والجماعات المسلحة في مختلف مناطق العالم. تهتم المجلة بتحليل وتفسير تنامي التطرف والجماعات المتشددة – بغض النظر عن خلفياتها – التي تعتمد على العنف المسلح كأسلوب في نشاطها وتحقيق غاياتها. وتهتم المجلة كذلك بالتيارات السياسية المتطرفة التي تشارك في العملية السياسية ولا تستخدم العنف المسلح، لكنها تتبنى خطابا شعبويا أو إقصائيا أو عنصريا بهدف الوصول إلى السلطة.

ملخص:
تتناول هذه الدراسة تحليل مضمون مواد مجلة دابق الإعلامية – الدعائية لتنظيم “داعش”، وتحليل الوسائط التي تحمل رسائل مواد المجلة، وموضوعات الخطاب الدعائي للمجلة، وتحليل الأطر المرجعية لخطاب مواد المجلة، والقوى الفاعلة فيه، وخصائص الجمهور المستهدف، والإستمالات الدعائية التي يستخدمها التنظيم في مواد المجلة، إلى جانب الأهداف الظاهرة من الخطاب الدعائي للتنظيم. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من أعداد مجلة دابق: الأعداد المترجمة للغة العربية فقط . واعتمدت أداة “تحليل المضمون”، لجمع البيانات والمعلومات التي تخدم أهداف الدراسة، معتمده على وحدة الموضوع. وأظهرت النتائج أن التنظيم أظهر اهتمامًا كبيرًا في الاعتماد على الدعاية الفكرية السياسية ثم الدينية في مجلة دابق نظرًا لطبيعة الجمهور المخاطب، وهو الجمهور العالمي بشكل عام، حيث يهدف التنظيم من إصدار مجلة دابق إلى تهديد دول التحالف، ونشر أفكاره، ومعتقداته الخاصة. ويعتمد التنظيم على الأطر الدينية السياسية لمضمون الرسائل المنشورة في الحملات الإعلامية بكل أشكالها في مجلة دابق. كما بينت النتائج اعتماد التنظيم في المجلة على استخدام الاستمالات الترهيبية، ثم الترهيبية الدينية في رسائلها. والاستمالات تعد الأسلوب الإقناعي أو الأسلوب الذي يهدف إلى إحداث التأثير في متلقي الرسالة الدعائية.
Abstract
This study deals with the analysis of the content of the articles of the magazine Dabiq media – propaganda for the Islamic State “ISIS” – the issues translated into the Arabic language – and the analysis of the media that carry the messages of the magazine articles, the topics of the magazine’s propaganda discourse, And the analysis of the reference frameworks for the magazine articles, the effective forces in it, and the characteristics of the targeted audience, and the propaganda motifs used by the organization in the magazine’s materials, as well as the apparent goals of the organization’s propaganda discourse. The study relied on a sample of the issues of Dabiq magazine : the issues translated into Arabic only. The study adopted the “content analysis” tool, to collect data and information that serve the study objectives, relying on the unity of the topic. The results showed that the organization showed a great interest in relying on political and then religious, intellectual propaganda in the magazine Dabiq due to the nature of the audience, which is the global audience in general, as the organization aims to issue the magazine Dabiq to threaten the countries of the coalition and spread its own ideas and beliefs. The organization relies on religious, political frameworks for the content of the messages published in media campaigns in all its forms in Dabiq magazine. The results also showed that the organization in the magazine relied on the use of intimidating and then religious intimidation in its messages, and the inquiries are the persuasive method, or the method that aims to influence the recipients of the propaganda message.
