ملخص:

لا مراء في أنّ مفهوم الإعلام الأمني من المفاهيم الحديثة التي ظهرت في نهايات القرن المنصرم، حيث أصبحت قضية الأمن من القضايا الكبرى التي باتت تؤرق المجتمع الإنساني ككل، نتيجة للاضطرابات الداخلية والخارجية  التي يشهدها العالم، وبناء على ذلك أصبح الأمن مطلب الجميع، وبات النظر إلى قضية التوعية الأمنية كقضية مجتمعية لا تقتصر على أجهزة الأمن فقط ،بل هي مسؤولية الجميع، من هنا جاءت دراستنا لتميط اللثام عن هذا المفهوم الجديد ومن ثمّ  تحديد أهم العوامل التي أدت إلى زيادة الاهتمام بالإعلام الأمني في الجزائر، ودوره في نشر الوعي الأمني المجتمعي، من خلال تحديد مفهوم علمي متكامل للإعلام الأمني ودوره في تغيير الصورة الذهنية لدى الأفراد، وتكوين قناعات داخلية لديهم بأهمية التعاون مع الجهات الأمنية للتصدي لأيّ مشكلة تخلّ بأمن وسلامة المجتمع.

Abstract:

The concept of security information is one of the modern concepts that emerged at the end of the last century, as the issue of security has become one of the major issues the human community as a whole, as a result of the internal and external upheavals that the world is witnessing, and therefore security has become the demand of all, and the consideration The issue of security awareness as a societal issue is not limited only to the security apparatus, but it is everyone’s responsibility, hence our study to define this new concept and then identify the most important factors that have led to increased attention to security information in Algeria and its role in promoting community security awareness by defining the concept For an integrated security media and its role in changing the mindset of individuals, and creating internal convictions, they have the importance of collaborating with security actors to address any problem that is disruptive to the security and safety of the community.
